Organizing a Matchday

If you are organising a match day for the first time, we recommend our instructions for setting up a matchday. The guide contains all the tasks that need to be completed and delegated, deadlines, contact persons and even the net heights. If you have any further questions, please contact the group coordinators or the board: You are not alone.

Some important remarks

Match report forms are brought along by the group coordinators, but can also be printed out at short notice if necessary. Please always print in DIN A3 to ensure legibility.

The settlement of the match day should take place after 14 days at the latest. The original receipts must always be submitted. If receipts, e.g. for hall hire, cannot be obtained within this period, please send an estimate of the costs to Norman finanzen[at]schwuleliga.de so that he can build up appropriate reserves.

Form for team lists

This PDF document can be filled out and saved in compatible PDF viewers. You can use it to fill out your player list before the match day and change it again at any time. You can then stick the printed lists onto the match report sheet before the match and save yourself a lot of paperwork.
