For all who have to organize a mtachday for the first time, please don’t hesitate to ask your group-coordinator or the executive board for help. We also work on the translation of a guide about organizing matchdays.
Some important remarks
Scoresheets will be distributed by the group coordinators, otherwise you find a PDF file for printing. Please always print in DIN-A3, otherwise the results are not readable.
On matchdays there must be always displayed forms for late registration and change of registration for players who want to change their team or play for the first time.
The invoice for matchdays should be submitted maximum 14 days after the matchday. Always send original receipts with your invoice. If some receipts are not avaible within this deadline e.g. rental charges for sports venues, please send an estimation to our financial board so he can plan equivalent reserves.
