Late Registration Players

Please use the form for the late registration of your team’s players. After sending your players to be re-registered, you will receive a pre-filled membership application form by email. As team captain, you will obtain the signatures – a signature using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) is required. We need this for a valid membership in the club.

Please note: The current membership fee is EUR 20 per registered player. Additional players can be registered on the match days as before.

    Data protection

    In order to manage your membership and to be able to contact you in association matters, we process the data provided on this form on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR. Please note that failure to provide personal data may result in refusal of admission to the association.

    Your data will be stored by us until your membership expires. We store your name, your address, your date of birth and the data relating to your membership fee payment in accordance with the retention periods under tax law.

    You have the right to information about the personal data concerning you that we process and to have this data corrected or deleted at any time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. You also have the right to object to the further processing of your personal data at any time. You can send your objection informally in writing to the Data Protection Officer or the Executive Board. If you wish, you have the right to receive the personal data that we have stored about you on request in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to transmit it to another controller.

    If you believe that your data has been used unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia can be contacted at www.ldi.nrw.de Please note that not providing your data (apart from your name, address, date of birth and signature) has no further influence on your membership or your rights as a member of our association.
